There will be sweat, but above all, there will be mindfulness in the way we move and how it shapes us physically. Once we've established your goals, talked about your current/past fitness regime... we get to work. Each session is progressive- focused on balancing the body's strength and flexibility. The movements we do will be a challenge for both body and mind, but you'll be excited to see the changes in muscle tone and posture. All of this in the serenity of your own home, office , or hotel. Great wifi connection is a must. Minimal equipment needed and will be discussed prior to scheduled session(s).
