I'm passionate about shaping bodies and movement is my sanctuary. After dancing professionally and teaching for over 20+ years, I hung up my pointe shoes in search of way of moving that gave my body the feeling of daily ballet class- with less stress on the joints and more structural balance. I wanted my mind to be challenged the way a dancer has to quickly absorb a combination. I wanted to feel my body working as a unit, syncing with my breath, leaving no muscle left behind... so I hit the mat and got down to it. Corps Technique.

My customized training program is an innovative blend of ballet. muscle conditioning, and stretching that refines and sculpts the body. Regardless of age, experience, or the shape you're currently in, transform yourself into the long, lean figure you've always desired. We'll mindfully work the body with kindness and care, making you less injury prone and more efficient in your movements. Sessions are personalized and developed to work toward achieving results specific to each clients goals: slimming and toning, athletic performance, gaining strength, or just a great full body workout! Every session is a progressive, comprehensive workout that awakens the body/mind connection... so you'll never be bored.
