grain free bread

If you’re looking for a quick, and easy bread recipe this is it. Not only is it grain free, but it literally takes 1 bowl and 5 minutes prep time. It’s soft and fluffy and makes the perfect toast. I love pairing it toasted with arugula salad and a poached egg, bruschetta, or with almond butter and fig spread.




Ingredients:

1 cup tahini

4 eggs

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp salt



Instructions:

1.Whisk eggs, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

2.Add the tahini and whisk until the smooth.

3.Then add acv and stir well.

4.Pour in loaf pan and sprinkle on seasonings (optional).

5.Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes until the bread is golden and firm.
