Kristen’s prop picks

There’s an array of “no equipment” classes on Streamline, but if you’re looking to mix things up- these are my picks. Some of the items below contain affiliate links.

The Basics

Yoga Mat

I layer 2 mats for extra comfort. An ultra soft foam mat as the base layer, then I place a rubber, jute mat on top.

Weights

I like the functionality of Bala weights. They can be used on arms, legs, and even doubled on one side for more of a challenge. I also use a simple set of 3 lb. free weights.

Small Ball

This ball has lasted me years, doesn’t take up a lot of space, and is travel friendly.

Ready for more?

Add some rebounding.

The yoga ball is so versatile when it comes to a prop. You’ll get the benefits of rebounding and it’s such a force when it comes to toning. If you’re wanting to jump right in this is the rebounder I use -with ultra firm bungees. If you have any joint sensitivity I recommend starting with the yoga ball and discuss with your health care provider before rebounding.

Any other prop add-ons?

Adding resistance bands, foam roller, or yoga blocks to the mix is an exciting way to rediscover basic movements and add variety to your routine.
